Product specifications shown (e.g., IP ratings, accuracy percentages, compliance claims such as AIS 140) reflect the specifications of the hardware at the time of publishing and should be confirmed with our sales team before purchase, as models and certifications are periodically updated. 05 Business Inquiries and Lead Data
When you submit the “Get Started” form, you authorise us to contact you at the details provided regarding your inquiry, using the channels described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting an inquiry does not create any binding obligation on either party until a separate commercial agreement is executed.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Elogs Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Website. Our total liability shall not exceed ₹1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elogs Technology, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or damage, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your misuse of the Website or violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
